SAC MEETING MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Don Cramer. He called on Ms. Daniels to begin the discussion on the Budget/Staffing for the 2005-06 school year. Ms. Daniels passed out the following budget related materials:
· Memo regarding 2005 district Class Size Averages and Transfer Calculations, and Process and Timelines for District Appeals.
· Cranberry’s Cost of Current Staff at 2005-06 Rates
· A “Draft” of Cranberry’s Staffing Model for 2005-06
· Student Enrollment Forecast through 2014-2015
Ms. Daniels began with a discussion of the Projections for Cranberry. She then reviewed the possible funding available for additional teaching units Cranberry will be able to add for the 2005-06 school year. The Draft of the Staffing Model for the 2005-06 school year was reviewed and a discussed. Don Cramer, Chairman, asked for a vote of approval from the SAC Committee for the Draft of the Staffing Model. It was approved unanimously by all members present.
