Members present: Robert Antovel, Steve Bloom, Jay Berman, Dawn Carey, Stephanie Hall, Nick Kohler, Karen Rose.

Karen Rose called the meeting to order at 2:45.
INTRODUCTIONS:
Committee members were introduced and approved through consensus.
OPERATIONAL
GUIDELINES: Karen Rose reviewed the
operational guidelines. SAC approved the
operational guidelines.
SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Assistant principal Becky Moyer presented a draft of the school improvement plan. The 2006-07 SIP plan was approved.
STATE EQUITY LAW BOOKLETS: State Equity Law booklet was explained and distributed.
LOTTERY DOLLAR PROPOSAL: The A+ distribution proposal from Lead Teachers /SDMT was reviewed and accepted through a consensus vote. Lottery dollars were approved to budget technology and after school tutoring in reading and math
