S.A.C. MINUTES

February 12, 2003 at 2:15 P.M.

Members Present:

Alex Cornell, Mary Sue DeHart, Mary Beth Devaney, Jeff Hradek, Chris Reese, Debra Reese, Karen Rose, Det. Reggie Ross, Cory Williams

Introductions were made of all members present.

Minutes were reviewed from January 27, 2003. Mary Beth Devaney made a motion to accept the minutes. Karen Rose seconded the motion. Consensus was reached.

Requests for funds were as follows:

Maureen DeCiantis made a request of $800.00 to pay for substitutes for Louis Mazzie and Phil Puzzanchera so they can chaperone students off campus when they tutor at the elementary schools. Alex Cornell made a motion to accept this request. Chris Reese seconded motion. Consensus was reached. FYI - this is the last year for this tutoring grant that was approved.

Student projections for 2003-2004 as of right now are 1,288 to 1,300.

Meeting adjourned at 2:45 p.m. Next meeting is scheduled for April 10, 2003 at 2:15 p.m.
