PRESENT: Tricia Allen, Dumaka Atkins, Denise Cantalupo, Grady Ford, Jan Gibbs,

Jim Kitchel, Jack McDonald, Rosa Perez, Jose Rivero, Reebie Sims, Linda Ware.

AGENDA: Introduction of Booker High SAC members for 2003-2004.

Elections

Chairperson: Chris Puchalla will remain acting Chairperson;

pending election by SAC members.

Recording Secretary: Linda Ware

Review and Passage of SAC By-Laws:

Page 4 - :Change Membership Term to: 2003-2004 school year

beginning July 1, 2003 ending June 30, 2004;

Page 4 - Change in the term officers may serve: minimum

of two (2) years with a maximum of 6 years.

Page 6 – Change – Each officer shall serve a term of one year with

no officer serving in at the same positions consecutively

for more than two years unless modified by a vote of the

majority of the membership.
