are 3 Crisis Response Plans in place in

Red, total lock down-students and teachers stay locked in classroom out of
sight

Yellow, students leave the premises/campus wait until all clear or evacuate
completely

White, lock down, but teachers continue to teach

are drills conducted throughout the year practicing the plans

have Severe weather, Fire and Bomb Threat drills

are announced over PA unless bomb threat then land line used

defining rules, how is staff alerted, is staff aware of responsibilities

suggestion was made that the sheriff visit Ashton, walk campus and become familiar with campus

entering campus, safety standards will be more stringent on campus

schools require parents to return badges to office before leaving campus
