Employee Records Requests

The Records Management staff processes requests for former Sarasota County Public School employee’s records. Requests for current employee records should be directed to the Human Resources Department. The Request for Employee Records form is used to request these records. The requestor must also provide a copy of their driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID or other forms of identification showing proof of name.
