Where Reading Takes Flight!

The media center is open from 8:00-3:30. Mrs. Henry and Mrs.Viera are happy to help you find a great book! New books and Reading Counts tests are arriving daily. Books with a colored label on the spine have tests available.

Color-coding is as follows:

       green     1.0-1.9                       

       purple     2.0-2.9

       yellow     3.0-3.9

       orange    4.0-4.9

       blue       5.0-5.9

       red        6.0-6.9

A complete list of Reading Counts titles is available inthe Media Center, as well as the Fruitville Library, downtown Selby Library, Books-a-Million, Barnes and Noble and Borders book stores.

This year as each student achieves a level, a picture of the student will be placed inside an eagle nest, which will be on the tree branches in the Media Center according to grade level.
