Tatum Ridge Before School Care Program is for students who arrive at school before 8:00 a.m. without parental supervision. The students can arrive as early as 7:00 a.m. and must report to the cafeteria. If you are in need of this program, please fill out a Registration/Parent Agreement Form and return it to the front office. This program follows the same operation outline as the After School Care.
Tatum Ridge After School Child Care Program operates on regularly scheduled
student school days only, beginning with the first day of school. The
program day begins immediately after school dismissal and ends at 6:00 p.m.

PARTICIPATION
Full-time students attend four or five days per week. Part-time students
attend three or less days per week. Tuition is calculated according to the
daily rate.
PARENT PICK UP
REQUIREMENTS
In the event of a change in your child's pick up schedule, the After School
Child Care Site Manager must be notified. Parent must designate who will be
picking up their child. A photo I.D. will be required of the person picking
up each child. Parents or authorized designees must pick up their child no
later than 6:00 p.m. A fee will be charged for tardiness.
PAYMENT
Tuition for the entire month is payable in advance by the first of each
month. A $25.00 late fee will be added if payment is not received by the 15th of
each month. Please make checks payable to Tatum Ridge School.

DISCIPLINE POLICY
After School Care students are expected to follow Tatum Ridge's school rules
and policies. If a student breaks any rules, a warning is issued. A program
staff member will discuss the behavior with the parent. The parent will also
be required to sign a warning form. The third warning will result with a
suspension. After the fourth warning dismissal from the program is the
result.
