What
Is It?
Welcome
to the BMS VPA Dance
Studio!
|
- This
department is designed to give anyone
an opportunity to experience dancing.
- The
techniques of Ballet, Jazz and Modern
dance are taught. The mixed grade
levels enable students 2 to 3 classes
per week where they learn curriculum
that is suited to their individual
abilitities. In addition to their
classwork comes the opportunity of
performing.
- Whether
an experienced dancer or beginner,
whether seeking a career or a
discipline the challenges freed here
will help develop an appreciation for
the art of dance!
- Auditions
for entry require a letter of
recommendation from a teacher, a list
of experiences in dance, # of years,
styles, teachers, level achieved.
(remember no experience is necessary!)
and maintain GPA at BMS.
- The
training is disciplined and
extensive.
- Our
faculty provide individual attention
and one-on-one training.
- This
program is designed to prepare you for
the Booker High School VPA Dance
Program.
